Garlic dressing

This is my Granddaddy's recipe. We have used it for years, its lebonese It is also good for a marinate.

  •   8
    cloves chopped garlic
  •   1 1/2 Tbsp
  •   1/2 c
    olive oil, extra virgin
  •   1/2 c
    lemon juice concentrate or fresh

How To Make

    I make this in a coffee cup. put salt in bottom of cup then add chopped garlic and meace with salt until it becomes wet. Add olive oil and mix let stand at room temp. at least 2 hrs. the longer it sits the better it is. When ready to use add lemon juice and mix.

    When I put this on a salad the only thing that is in the salad is iceburg lettues,onions, & tomotoes, This is also good in pasta salads.

    You do have to play around with adding salt, it took me a while to get it just right. it can be to much or not enought
