- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup good quality mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 clove garlic (or more), finely minced
- 2 tablespoons scallions, finely minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh flat-leaf parsley, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
How To Make garlic-buttermilk dressing

Step 1Use a food processor to mince garlic, scallions, and parsley.

Step 2Mix together buttermilk, sour cream, and mayonnaise - mix well. Add remaining ingredients and pour into a container with a tight-fitting lid.

Step 3Before using the dressing, shake well. Use on green salads, seafood salads, and other veggies as well.
