  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup good quality mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic (or more), finely minced
  • 2 tablespoons scallions, finely minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh flat-leaf parsley, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

How To Make garlic-buttermilk dressing

  • Step 1
    Use a food processor to mince garlic, scallions, and parsley.
  • Step 2
    Mix together buttermilk, sour cream, and mayonnaise - mix well. Add remaining ingredients and pour into a container with a tight-fitting lid.
  • Step 3
    Before using the dressing, shake well. Use on green salads, seafood salads, and other veggies as well.
