Fresh Herb Dressing

Makes about 1 1/2 cups dressing

1 c
orange juice
1/3 c
olive oil, extra virgin
1 Tbsp
cider vinegar
2 Tbsp
snipped parsley, basil or thyme
2 tsp
yellow mustard
1 pinch
black pepper


1In a screw top jar combine all ingredients. Cover and shake well.
2Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate up to 3 days. Just before serving stir or shake well.
3To make raspberry dressing prepare as above except substitute raspberry vinegar and add 1/4 cup of mashed fresh raspberries.
