Makes about 1 1/2 cups dressing

  • 1 c
    orange juice
  • 1/3 c
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 Tbsp
    cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    snipped parsley, basil or thyme
  • 2 tsp
    yellow mustard
  • 1 pinch
    black pepper

How to Make Fresh Herb Dressing


  1. In a screw top jar combine all ingredients. Cover and shake well.
  2. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate up to 3 days. Just before serving stir or shake well.
  3. To make raspberry dressing prepare as above except substitute raspberry vinegar and add 1/4 cup of mashed fresh raspberries.
