This was taken out of my Diabetic Cooking magazine. It sounds like it would be very good. Just thought that maybe some of my diabetic friends and others would like to try it. Let me know what you think of it.

- 1 cup plus 1 tablespoon nonfat buttermilk
- 3 tablespoons raspberry flavored vinegar
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves
- 1 1/2 teaspoons snipped fresh chives
- 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
