I'm not a 1000 Island dressing fan, but love this homemade recipe. I've been making it for close to 40 years. My kids and grandkids love this dressing and "expect" gramma to furnish the dressing when having family get-togethers. This, on salads, compliments meals like pizza, Lasagna and enchiladas. Enjoy!

Ingredients

1 cup miracle whip
1/2 cup chili sauce
3 - eggs, hard boiled
1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish

How To Make easy 1000 island dressing

Step 1

Boil eggs for 15 minutes then let sit in cold water while mixing other ingredients.

Step 2

In a medium bowl stir together Miracle Whip, relish and chili sauce.
Step 3

Peel eggs and dice into very small pieces. Stir into mixture. Cover and refrigerate till ready to use. Use on your favorite green salads.
