This is a excellent sauce to lightly drizzle over a bed of fresh greens, and I’ve used it with great success on Asian prepared fish, and shrimp. I could eat this stuff with a spoon So, you ready… Let’s get into the kitchen.

Ingredients

  • PLAN/PURCHASE
  • 2 ounces peanuts, unsalted variety, or 3 tablespoons store-bought
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar, unseasoned variety
  • 3 tablespoons grapeseed oil
  • 3 tablespoons fresh clover honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon tamari
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce, i prefer frank’s
  • 2 cloves baked garlic, smashed
