- 2 ounces peanuts, unsalted variety, or 3 tablespoons store-bought
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar, unseasoned variety
- 3 tablespoons grapeseed oil
- 3 tablespoons fresh clover honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon tamari
- 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce, i prefer frank’s
- 2 cloves baked garlic, smashed
