Love this stuff! Great with raw veggie on platter, stuffed meat pita's or create your own use! Hope you enjoy! Last for weeks in fridge!

Ingredients

  • 5 large cucumbers, peeled, chopped
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

How To Make drema's "cucumber cream"

  • Step 1
    Add cukes to food processer or mini chopper using several batches and puree.
  • Step 2
    In a medium mixing bowl add puree. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Place in an air-tight container and refrigerate for 3-4 hours, overnite or until ready to use.
  • Step 3
    This is actually good for dipping fruit, vege's or meat. Makes a great substitute for mayo or dressing on sandwiches such as roast beef, ham. etc.! Get creative!
