Love this stuff! Great with raw veggie on platter, stuffed meat pita's or create your own use! Hope you enjoy! Last for weeks in fridge!

5 large
cucumbers, peeled, chopped
1 c
sour cream
1 tsp
lemon juice
1 tsp
white vinegar
1/4 tsp
sea salt
1/2 tsp
granulated sugar
1/2 tsp
dill weed
1/4 tsp
garlic salt

How to Make Drema's "Cucumber Cream"


  • 1Add cukes to food processer or mini chopper using several batches and puree.
  • 2In a medium mixing bowl add puree. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Place in an air-tight container and refrigerate for 3-4 hours, overnite or until ready to use.
  • 3This is actually good for dipping fruit, vege's or meat. Makes a great substitute for mayo or dressing on sandwiches such as roast beef, ham. etc.! Get creative!
