donna's blue cheese dressing
This is another one of my MIL's tried and true recipes. It is amazing! She makes it and keeps it in a small crock in the fridge. She got the crock in Nova Scotia, and maybe the recipe, too, not sure. I know she has been making this for a good 40+ years. serves 12/ 10WW per serving

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup scallions, chopped
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons white wine, dry
- 1/2 pound blue cheese, crumbled
- 1-2 clove garlic
- 1/2 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (or just a pinch)
- 1 1/4 teaspoons white pepper
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh
How To Make donna's blue cheese dressing

Step 1Mix everything (except blue cheese)together with an electric beater. Stir in crumbled blue cheese.

Step 2Refrigerate and serve on your favorite salad or with hot wings.

Step 3This makes a lot, but it keeps in the fridge for a long time. It is a family favorite. YUM!!
