- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon basil
- 1 tablespoon marjoram
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 cups oil ( i prefer olive oil )
- 1 1/2 cups vinegar ( i like mixing apple cider vinegar and balsamic )

Step 1mash the garlic into dry ingredients and rub well. Add oil and vinegar. Makes about 1 quart.
