Ingredients
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, minced or 1/2 t dried parsley)
- 2 teaspoons fresh basil, minced (or 1/2 t dried basil)
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Step 1Put all ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid and shake vigorously. Keeps well in the refrigerator.
