den dressing
(1 RATING)
This is a clone of a sweet salad dressing from the now defunct Den Restaurant in Erie, PA. While sweet, it has a really nice tang to it. I've been working on this clone for awhile and think I'm pretty close to the original. I tried it with half sugar and half Splenda, but the Splenda left an odd aftertaste. It also makes a nice dip for fresh veggies, and the youngsters eat their veggies served with this.
