This is a variation of a recipe from one of my favorite restaurants. Everyone really loves it! That's why I make a big batch and share! Everyone loves to dip seafood and it's great with salads.

Yield 6 cups (big batch)

  • 1 qt
  • 1/3 c
  • 1/3 c
    creole mustard
  • 4 Tbsp
    finely minced garlic
  • 2/3 c
    finely chopped onions
  • 2/3 c
    finely chopped celery
  • 2 tsp
    finely chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp

How to Make Creole Remoulade Dressing


  1. Combine all ingredients and stir gently to mix.
  2. Keep refrigerated in tightly closed container or bottle.
  3. Note: Great as a dip for fried or boiled seafood or use as salad dressing!
