This is a variation of a recipe from one of my favorite restaurants. Everyone really loves it! That's why I make a big batch and share! Everyone loves to dip seafood and it's great with salads.

Yield 6 cups (big batch)
Ingredients
- 1 quart mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup horseradish
- 1/3 cup creole mustard
- 4 tablespoons finely minced garlic
- 2/3 cup finely chopped onions
- 2/3 cup finely chopped celery
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon paprika
How To Make creole remoulade dressing

Step 1Combine all ingredients and stir gently to mix.

Step 2Keep refrigerated in tightly closed container or bottle.

Step 3Note: Great as a dip for fried or boiled seafood or use as salad dressing!
