I love a good spinach salad and this is the absolute best dressing for a spinach salad. This dressing works on any other salad and it has just the right sweet-and-sour taste to dress up a lunch salad.

1 cup vegetable oil
5 tablespoons red wine vinegar
4 tablespoons sour cream
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

How To Make creamy spinach salad dressing - dee dee's

Step 1

Mix all ingredients in a shakable jar. Shake up good and you are ready!
