1/2 cup salsa
- juice of 1/2 lime
2 - minced scallions, white part only
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup sour cream
- sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

How To Make creamy southwestern dressing

Step 1

Combine all but cilantro, salt and pepper in blender for 30 seconds. Stir in cilantro, add salt and pepper to taste. Store in airtight container in fridge. Serve on salad.
