- 1/2 cup salsa
- - juice of 1/2 lime
- 2 - minced scallions, white part only
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- - sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
How To Make creamy southwestern dressing

Step 1Combine all but cilantro, salt and pepper in blender for 30 seconds. Stir in cilantro, add salt and pepper to taste. Store in airtight container in fridge. Serve on salad.
