Creamy French Dressing

Creamy, thick, clings to greens and only has 15 calories per tablespoon!

Ingredients

  •   2 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  •   1 Tbsp
    salt
  •   4 1/2 tsp
    paprika
  •   1/2 tsp
    dry mustard
  •   1/4 tsp
    pepper, i prefer white
  •   1 clove
    garlic, crushed
  •   1/2 c
    red wine vinegar
  •   1/4 c
    salad oil

How To Make

    In 1-quart saucepan, stir all ingredients with 2 cups water until well mixed. Over medium heat, cook, stirring frequently until mixture is boiling and slightly thickened.

    Cover and refrigerate to chill. Shake well before using. (Best if used within a week.)
