Makes about 2 1/2 cups

1 Tbsp
4 1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp
dry mustard
1/4 tsp
pepper, i prefer white
1 clove
garlic, crushed
1/2 c
red wine vinegar
1/4 c
salad oil

How to Make Creamy French Dressing


  • 1In 1-quart saucepan, stir all ingredients with 2 cups water until well mixed. Over medium heat, cook, stirring frequently until mixture is boiling and slightly thickened.
  • 2Cover and refrigerate to chill. Shake well before using. (Best if used within a week.)
