Ingredients

3/4 bottle zesty italian dressing
1 package corn kernels, frozen
1 medium zucchini, chopped
1 large vidalia onion, chopped
2 cups mexican blend shredded cheese with cream cheese
1 cup sour cream, light
6 - 8 slices bacon, cooked crisp & crumbled
1 teaspoon cilantro, dried

How To Make creamy corn & zucchini

Step 1

Heat dressing in skillet on medium high heat. Add vegetables; cook & stir 8 - 10 minutes or until crisp tender. Remove from heat.

Step 2

Stir in cheese & sour cream; cook on medium heat 3 -5 minutes or until cheese is melted & mixture is heated though, stirring.
Step 3

Top with bacon & cilantro.
