Ingredients For creamy basil dressing

  • 2
    shallots,minced
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh basil,minced
  • 1 tsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1/2 c
    olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 3 Tbsp
    lemon juice

How To Make creamy basil dressing

  • 1
    Combine the shallots.basil,mustard,oil,salt and pepper in a blender.

    With the machine running slowly, pour in the lemon juice. Use as a salad marinade or dressing.
