This is good over any type of salad greens. My son likes to dip grilled chicken into it or put it on a burger. He likes bacon!

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound bacon
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup tarragon vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
How To Make creamy bacon dressing

Step 1Cut bacon crosswise into thin strips. Cook the bacon in a large skillet until crisp; remove bacon, reserving 3 tablespoons drippings in the skillet. Set the bacon aside.

Step 2Saute the onion and garlic in the drippings left in the skillet over medium heat until tender.

Step 3Combine the sauteed onion mixture, reserved bacon, and remaining ingredients in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk until blended. Cover and chill.
