cranberry vinaigrette
The first time I ever tasted this, I was sick and a girlfriend brought this over help pamper me back to health. It immediately became my favorite salad dressing. It goes beautifully with either a fresh green salad or a green salad with fruit. My husband and I love it over a salad I make with grilled chicken, dark greens, fruit and cashews.

Ingredients
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make cranberry vinaigrette

Step 1Whisk together by hand ( or I use my Bullet Blender ) until well blended and serve over your favorite salad.

Step 2Refrigerate.
