1 chellman's mayonaisse
1 cnance sharp & creamy mustard
1 Tbspa-1 hearty spicy steak sauce
1 Tbspfresh lemon juice
How to Make Chris' Favorite Honey Mustard Sauce
- Over very low heat, mix Nance Sharp & Creamy Mustard and butter, until butter is melted and thoroughly incorporated into the mustard. (Mustard will separate from butter if heat is too high.)
- Empty mixture into a small mixing bowl. Add cold fresh lemon juice and allow to cool slightly.
- Add A-1 Sauce, mayonaisse and honey. Whip with a whisk or fork until all ingredients are incorporated.
- Refrigerate in tightly closed container. (Consider storing in plastic soda bottles with tight tops.)
Serve with chicken cutlets.
Spread on hot grilled ham & swiss cheese sandwiches.
Add to egg salad mixture.
Dip for fresh apple slices.
My favorite: Dip for pretzel rods.
