From the computer. I like to change the sugar to Splenda sugar or Stevia. Stevia is sweeter than Splenda sugar.

Ingredients

1 1/2 c
sugar or splenda sugar or stevia
4 1/2 Tbsp
cornstarch
7 Tbsp
cocoa
1 1/2 c
boiling water
3 Tbsp
butter or light margarine
1 1/2 tsp
vanilla
1/8 tsp
salt

How to Make Chocolate Frosting

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix sugar and cornstatch. Add cocoa and salt then the water.
  • 2Boil and stir until thickened. Remove from the heat and add the butter and vanilla.
  • 3Spread on the cake whil hot for a glossy frosting.
    This frosting can use as and ice ceam topping.
