From the computer. I like to change the sugar to Splenda sugar or Stevia. Stevia is sweeter than Splenda sugar.

Frosting on cakes or cookies

  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar or splenda sugar or stevia
  • 4 1/2 Tbsp
  • 7 Tbsp
  • 1 1/2 c
    boiling water
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter or light margarine
  • 1 1/2 tsp
  • 1/8 tsp

How to Make Chocolate Frosting


  1. Mix sugar and cornstatch. Add cocoa and salt then the water.
  2. Boil and stir until thickened. Remove from the heat and add the butter and vanilla.
  3. Spread on the cake whil hot for a glossy frosting.
    This frosting can use as and ice ceam topping.
