Just something basic and always good that I make constantly in the spring and summer with the chives in my yard.

Ingredients For chive vinaigrette

2 Tbspfresh lemon juice

2 Tbspchopped chives

1 Tbspbalsamic or white wine vinegar (depend on my mood of the day)

1 tspdijon mustard

1/4 cextra-virgin olive oil

coarse sea salt and pepper to taste
How To Make chive vinaigrette

1In a small bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the olive oil, salt and pepper. Gradually whisk in the oil until well blended. Season with salt and pepper.
