Ingredients
- 5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup whole buttermilk
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chibes
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
How To Make buttermilk bacon dressing

Step 1Cook bacon until crisp; set aside to cool. Crumble. In medium bowl, spoon 3 T. bacon fat. Add buttermilk, mayonnaise, mustard, chives, dill, salt, pepper and reserved bacon. Stir well. Store in refrigerator up to 9 days. Makes 2 cups.
