Ingredients

  • 5 slice
    bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 c
    whole buttermilk
  • 3/4 c
    mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp
    distilled white vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    whole grain mustard
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped fresh chibes
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped fresh dill
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    ground black pepper

How to Make BUTTERMILK BACON DRESSING

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook bacon until crisp; set aside to cool. Crumble. In medium bowl, spoon 3 T. bacon fat. Add buttermilk, mayonnaise, mustard, chives, dill, salt, pepper and reserved bacon. Stir well. Store in refrigerator up to 9 days. Makes 2 cups.
