Bunyan's Ranch Dressing

This is a dressing that I came up with when I worked in St. Louis, we had a banquet that had a lot of young kids wanting Hidden Valley Ranch. Since we made EVERYTHING from scratch, I went back to the kitchen and played around and came up with this. The kids liked it so everybody was happy!
Ingredients

3 csour cream
-
4 1/2 tspcider vinegar

1 1/2 cwhole milk

3 Tbsplemon juice

3 largegarlic clove, minced

3 Tbspdried parsley

1 1/2 tsponion powder
-
2 1/4 tspsea salt
-
1 1/2 tspfresh cracked black pepper

3/4 tspdried dill
How to Make Bunyan's Ranch Dressing
- Dump the sour cream, vinegar, whole milk, and lemon juice in a large mixing bowl
- Whisk to mix well
- Dump in the remaining ingredients
- Whisk again until well combined.
- Pour into a large Mason jar
- Screw the lid on tight
- Stick it in the fridge overnight, to let the flavors meld
