bunyan's bleu cheese dressing

I've been making this stuff for years and I'll put it up against any store bought Bleu Cheese Dressing out there

Makes 1 Quart
Ingredients
- 2 cups good quality mayonnaise (or make a batch of bunyannaise, the recipe is here on jap)
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1/2 pound crumbled bleu cheese
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 clove finely minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
How To Make bunyan's bleu cheese dressing

Step 1Dump all the ingredients into your food processor

Step 2Process until you get the consistency you want

Step 3Pour the dressing into a Mason jar and screw the lid on tight

Step 4Stick it in the fridge for 24 hours to let the flavors meld

Step 5If you want you can add more crumbled bleu cheese and stir it in to add more texture and flavor

Step 6NOTE: If you want to lower the calories use low fat cottage cheese instead of sour cream and low fat mayo, in the same measurements
