How to Make Blue Cheese or Roquefort Dressing

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients together then put in the refrigerator for about an hour. Taste it as it tends to get stronger once it's been chilled. Add a little more this or that as needed. If it tends to be to thick before serving, just add a little water. Great on salads but also makes a great veg. dip. Put in air tight container and it will last for weeks. Enjoy
