I don't particularly care for blue cheese dressing myself, but my husband loves it. He is diabetic and all of the bottled dressings that I found in the stores contained some form of sugar, so I decided to make him some. He absolutely loves this dressing and says that there's "no comparison" to the bottled dressings he used to get. It makes a very thick and creamy dressing, has less than 1 gram carbohydrate per 2 tablespoon serving and contains no sugar and the best part is that I know EXACTLY what's in it. I hope you enjoy this tasty dressing!

How to Make Blue Cheese Dressing, So Easy and So Good!

Step-by-Step

  1. Place all ingredients in a small/medium mixing bowl. Whisk together until well mixed. Place into covered container and chill thoroughly before serving over your favorite salad greens. Store unused portion covered in refrigerator.
  2. SPECIAL NOTE: If dressing is too thick, you may whisk in half & half a little at a time until desired thickness is reached. My husband likes it fairly thick, so I only add about two tablespoons.

They pack protein into a salad, are a fantastic on-the-go breakfast and a necessity for making deviled eggs. Hard boiled eggs are fantastic but are a bit intimidating to cooks....
