I don't particularly care for blue cheese dressing myself, but my husband loves it. He is diabetic and all of the bottled dressings that I found in the stores contained some form of sugar, so I decided to make him some. He absolutely loves this dressing and says that there's "no comparison" to the bottled dressings he used to get. It makes a very thick and creamy dressing, has less than 1 gram carbohydrate per 2 tablespoon serving and contains no sugar and the best part is that I know EXACTLY what's in it.
