BLUE CHEESE DRESSING
1 ccrumbled blue cheese
1/4 csour cream
3 Tbspred wine vinegar
1 cloveminced garlic
·salt & pepper to taste
·fried & crumbled bacon (optional)
How to Make BLUE CHEESE DRESSING
- Whisk 3/4 cup blue cheese and the rest of the ingredient (but without the bacon).
- I like to plate wedges of iceberg lettuce on individual salad plates, drizzle dressing over them, sprinkle on the bacon bits and top that with the leftover crumbled blue cheese.
- This is just a simple salad but yet so rich.
