I love Blue cheese dressing but I could not find one that was premade that seemed to taste as good as what I would get at my favorite steak house. I thought I would try to make my own, this one works. It is yummy. You can leave out the milk and it makes a good dipping sauce for some hot wings too.

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (more if you like to your taste)
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • 2-3 dashes accent
  • - milk to thin start with about 1/4 cup and go from there.
  • 2 tablespoons dried chives

How To Make blue cheese dressing
