I love Blue cheese dressing but I could not find one that was premade that seemed to taste as good as what I would get at my favorite steak house. I thought I would try to make my own, this one works. It is yummy. You can leave out the milk and it makes a good dipping sauce for some hot wings too.

1 1/2 c
stilton blue cheese, softened and crumbled
1 1/2 c
mayonnaise (real mayonnaise)
1 1/2 c
sour cream
2-3 dash(es)
worcestershire sauce
1 tsp
garlic powder (more if you like to your taste)
salt and pepper to taste
2-3 dash(es)
milk to thin start with about 1/4 cup and go from there.
2 Tbsp
dried chives

1mix all ingredients together with exception to the milk. stir well. taste.. and add more spices if needed. (it is a matter of taste) Remember the flavors will come together as it sits in the refridgerator.
2Start adding milk and stir. Once you have it to the thickness you like cover and put into the refridgerator (if you are using this for a dipping sauce leave this step out)
