This Blue Cheese Dressing is so flavorful and versatile. It can be used as a dressing, dip or sauce. Once you make it, you'll never go back to store-bought.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise, such as hellmann's®
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream
  • 1 large clove garlic, pressed
  • 2 tablespoons buttermilk
  • 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, or to taste (i always use mixed peppercorns)
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon hot paprika
  • 2 ounces blue cheese, grated

How To Make blue cheese dressing

  • Step 1
    In a mixing bowl, add mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, buttermilk, Dijon mustard, black pepper, honey, Worcestershire sauce, hot paprika and blue cheese; whisk thoroughly.
  • Step 2
    Cover and transfer to the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours. Serve over salad or as a dip for chicken wings or veggies
  • Step 3
    Note: Before grating, freeze blue cheese for at least 1 hour or until very firm.
