- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 1 small clove garlic, smashed
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 2-3 dashes worchestershire sauce (and/or hot sauce)
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make blue cheese dressing

Step 1Place 1/2 cup blue cheese and next ingredients through white wine vinegar in a blender. Blend to desired consistency.

Step 2Transfer to a bowl and stir in remaining 1/4 cup blue cheese, worchestershire sauce, and parsley. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
