bleu cheese dressing
A Great Salad Dressing. Also Great for Buffalo Wings or Celery and Carrot Dip. I first titled this "Blue" Cheese Dressing but thought it might be confusing. I know it's really "Bleu" but I'm not French. And the Spell Checker doesn't like "Bleu" either. Italian Gorgonzola would solve the problem. And it's just as Yummy.

How To Make bleu cheese dressing
-
Step 1In a bowl combine and whisk all ingredients except Blue or Gorgonzola Cheese until smooth. Stir in crumbled Blue or Gorgonzola Cheese. Add a touch of salt and pepper to taste if you like. Great as a Salad Dressing or as a Dip for Veggies or Hot Wings. Makes 2/3 to 3/4 pint. I mix right in pint caning jar so there is no waste and clean-up, and store in fridge.
