  • 1 c
    blackberries, fresh or frozen
  • 2 tsp
    minced shallots
  • 1/4 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1/2 tsp
    dijon mustard
  • 4 Tbsp
    balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 c
    olive oil

How to Make Blackberry Vinaigrette


  1. Combine blackberries, shallots, garlic, honey, mustard and vinegar in a blender and process for 20 seconds.
  2. Stop and scrape down sides before continuing.
  3. Slowly drizzle oil into blender while running.
  4. Strain dressing through fine mesh strainer.
  5. Chill. Makes about 1 cup.
