Ingredients
- 1 cup blackberries, fresh or frozen
- 2 teaspoons minced shallots
- 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
How To Make blackberry vinaigrette

Step 1Combine blackberries, shallots, garlic, honey, mustard and vinegar in a blender and process for 20 seconds.

Step 2Stop and scrape down sides before continuing.

Step 3Slowly drizzle oil into blender while running.

Step 4Strain dressing through fine mesh strainer.

Step 5Chill. Makes about 1 cup.
