Best Thousand Island Dressing Ever!

I try to eat sensibly most of time and when I eat salad, I dip my fork in the dressing instead of pouring it all over the salad. That is, unless I've made this homemade Thousand Island Dressing. This dressing gets poured liberally all over my plate. I could eat it with a spoon and it's a great condiment for shrimp, chicken, you name it!

1/2 c
stuffed green olives, chopped fine
1/4 small
onion, chopped fine
sweet pickles, chopped fine (i use baby gerkins)
1-2 large
hard-boiled eggs, chopped fine
1 Tbsp
yellow mustard
2 c
1/2 c
chili sauce
2 sprig(s)
parsley, chopped fine (or dried equivalent)


1Chop olives, onion and pickles in food processor or chopper.
2Pour into a bowl and add other ingredients. Stir to mix well. Store in refrigerator.
