Ranch dressing mix flavors this really fast mixture that’s packed with shredded cheese. This thick dip is made to go with pretzels. It’s one of those snacks that when you start eating it, you can’t stop! This dip can be made with any type of beer, including non-alcoholic beer.

Ingredients

  • 2 - 8 oz. packages cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup beer, your favorite (regular or non alcohol)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 env. - ranch salad dressing mix
  • 16 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
  • - pretzels, crackers, bread chunks or veggies

How To Make beer dip

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, 1/3 C beer & dressing until smooth.
  • Step 2
    Stir in cheddar cheese & garlic. (Add more beer to loosen dip up if too stiff) Refrigerate at least 4 hours for flavors to marry.
  • Step 3
    Serve with pretzels, crackers, bread chunks or veggies. Refrigerate leftovers.
  • Step 4
    NOTE: Also great on baked potatoes!!! YUM!
