This is an excellent dressing over salad or any raw veggies!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup cider vinega
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons fresh chopped basil
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced

How To Make basil vinaigrette

  • Step 1
    Whisk all together. Put in mason jar and shake to use. I use mason jars for my dressings because I can keep them handy in the fridge and it makes a good container for when I bring salads to pot lucks or gatherings, that way the salad doesn't get soggy if pre-dressed!
