This is my all time favorite salad dressing. I serve it on a bed of romaine lettuce with shaved parmesan cheese and big crunchy croutons

Ingredients For balsamic vinegrette

2 Tbspbalsamic vinegar

1 Tbspred wine vinegar

1 Tbspdijon mustard

1 tspbrown sugar, light

1garlic clove, pressed

1/2 tspkosher salt

1/4 tspfreshly ground pepper

3/4 colive oil, extra virgin
How To Make balsamic vinegrette

1Whisk together all ingredients except the olive oil.

2Stream in the olive oil, whisking as you go.

3Mix until the olive oil is incorporated and dressing thickens.

4Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
