Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar, light
- 1 - garlic clove, pressed
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 3/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
How To Make balsamic vinegrette

Step 1Whisk together all ingredients except the olive oil.

Step 2Stream in the olive oil, whisking as you go.

Step 3Mix until the olive oil is incorporated and dressing thickens.

Step 4Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
