I found this as a dressing for a longer recipe. I only wanted to make the dressing, not the rest. So I'm saving it here!

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced or grated
- 1/8 teaspoon table salt (or to taste)
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper (or to taste)
- 1/3 cup olive oil, extra virgin
How To Make balsamic vinaigrette

Step 1Mix all ingredients together in a jar with a tight-fitting cover.

Step 2Shake well to combine. Use on your favorite salad or bowl.

Step 3Store in the refrigerator, but let it come to room temperature to let the olive oil liquify.
