If you love a good buttermilk dressing you are sure to enjoy this one. Not your low-fat version but this is a splurge once-in-awhile dressing for a really amazing salad on that special occasion for your family and friends.

  • 6 slice
    bacon, sliced
  • 1 c
  • 1 c
  • 2 Tbsp
    minced scallions
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced fresh chervil
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp
    freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
  • ·
    dash tabasco

How to Make Bacon Buttermilk Dressing


  1. Saute bacon in a skillet until crisp. Drain on paper towels. In a mixing bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients. Add bacon. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Makes 2 cups.
