Found this on Facebook. Haven't seen it posted here so I wanted to save it. This is delicious, lite and smooth. I doubled the recipe to use as a dip for my Southwest Eggrolls which can be found here on JAP

Ingredients

  • 1
    avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    tabasco, or other hot sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    lime juice
  • 1/2 c
    buttermilk
  • 1/4 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced red onion
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp
    sugar
  • 3/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper

How to Make Avocado Ranch Dressing

Step-by-Step

  1. Blend avocado, tabasco and lime juice in blender or food processor to break down avocado.
  2. Blend in remaining ingredients until smooth. Enjoy!
