Super quick and easy to make, this fabulous dressing recipe is a tasty condiment to enhance your salads!

Ingredients For asian peanut dressing

  • 1/3 c
    creamy peanut butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    rice vinegar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    hoisin sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    canola oil (substitute grapeseed)
  • 2 tsp
    sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    honey
  • 1 Tbsp
    freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tsp
    ginger, minced
  • 1/8 tsp
    cayenne pepper, or to taste

How To Make asian peanut dressing

    In a measuring cup, add peanut butter and transfer to the microwave.

    Set on “high” and process for 30 seconds. Stir well and if it needs more time, microwave in 10 seconds intervals. If using the stovetop, melt in a small saucepan on low heat, stirring constantly.

    When melted, add the remaining ingredients and stir until nicely blended. If the peanut butter starts to harden, microwave for 15 seconds or until pourable.
