Ingredients
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter, melted
- 1 1/2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon canola oil (substitute grapeseed)
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste
How To Make asian peanut dressing

Step 1In a measuring cup, add peanut butter and transfer to the microwave.

Step 2Set on “high” and process for 30 seconds. Stir well and if it needs more time, microwave in 10 seconds intervals. If using the stovetop, melt in a small saucepan on low heat, stirring constantly.

Step 3When melted, add the remaining ingredients and stir until nicely blended. If the peanut butter starts to harden, microwave for 15 seconds or until pourable.
