apple cider vinegar and honey salad dressing
My husband loves apple cider vinegar, and he really loves this salad dressing! So do I! If you don't have honey on hand, just substitute with sugar. We like it on the tart side, but you can always adjust by decreasing the vinegar.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 tablespoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil or light olive oil

Step 1Whisk together water, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper in a a small dish.

Step 2While whisking, pour in the oil in a steady stream.

Step 3Immediately pour onto salad as dressing separates quickly. Refrigerate any unused portion for up to three days.
