I created this salad to satisfied my sweet tooth while dieting. Its filling and provides a great amount a protein, which is essential for a successful diet plan. I hope you all enjoy it as much as I do!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup any flavored greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 pinch splenda
- 1 pinch salt
- 4 tablespoons unsalted, roasted sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup macadamia nuts/ optional
- 1 small handful of dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
How To Make a protein packed dressing and a tasty spinach salad

Step 1Whisk vinegar salt and splenda until mix well.

Step 2Then mix vinegar mixture into the yogurt.

Step 3Add seeds, dried cranberries and nuts to yogurt and mix well.

Step 4Finally top fruit and yogurt mixture, as little or as much as you want, over fresh baby spinach

Step 5Place all into a sealed container and shake until all the spinach is covered with dressing and enjoy!
