I created this salad to satisfied my sweet tooth while dieting. Its filling and provides a great amount a protein, which is essential for a successful diet plan. I hope you all enjoy it as much as I do!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup any flavored greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pinch splenda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted, roasted sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup macadamia nuts/ optional
  • 1 small handful of dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries

How To Make a protein packed dressing and a tasty spinach salad

  • Step 1
    Whisk vinegar salt and splenda until mix well.
  • Step 2
    Then mix vinegar mixture into the yogurt.
  • Step 3
    Add seeds, dried cranberries and nuts to yogurt and mix well.
  • Step 4
    Finally top fruit and yogurt mixture, as little or as much as you want, over fresh baby spinach
  • Step 5
    Place all into a sealed container and shake until all the spinach is covered with dressing and enjoy!
