Ingredients

  • - 1/3 cup red or white wine vinegar
  • - 3 tablespoon shallots, minced
  • - 3 tablespoons fresh herbs, such as parsley, basil, or tarragon
  • - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • - 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • - 1 teaspoon sugar
  • - 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • - 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • - 1 cup extra virgin olive oil

How To Make a nice vinaigrette

  • Step 1
    mix all ingredients except olive oil in a blender or food processor drizzle in the oil while the blender is running to create a dressing that won't easily separate. Makes 1 1/2
