- - 1 teaspoon sugar
- - 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- - 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
- - 1 cup extra virgin olive oil

Step 1mix all ingredients except olive oil in a blender or food processor drizzle in the oil while the blender is running to create a dressing that won't easily separate. Makes 1 1/2
