    1/3 cup red or white wine vinegar
  • ·
    3 tablespoon shallots, minced
  • ·
    3 tablespoons fresh herbs, such as parsley, basil, or tarragon
  • ·
    1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ·
    1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • ·
    1 teaspoon sugar
  • ·
    1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ·
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • ·
    1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • ·
    1 cup extra virgin olive oil

How to Make A nice vinaigrette

Step-by-Step

  1. mix all ingredients except olive oil in a blender or food processor
    drizzle in the oil while the blender is running to create a dressing that won't easily separate. Makes 1 1/2
