A friend shared this with me years ago and I have been making it ever since. It is perfect in the summertime with a nice cold beer! Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans mexi-corn, drained
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 cup real mayonnaise
  • 1 can rotel, drained
  • 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped

How To Make yummy mexi-corn dip

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for a few hours before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
