I have yet to meet anyone who likes pimiento cheese, who didn't love this recipe! You can "kick it up" even more by adding more hot sauce if desired.

1/4 c

mayonnaise
3 oz

cream cheese, softened
3 clove

garlic, minced
1/4 c

chopped flat-leaf parsley
6-8 dash

tabasco sauce (or more as desired)
2 oz

jar pimientos, undrained
3 c

finely shredded cheddar cheese
1 c

pecan chips

How To Make world's best pimiento cheese

Combine mayo, cream cheese, garlic, parsley and Tabasco in food processor or blender; process until smooth. Spoon into a medium bowl. Add undrained pimientos, Cheddar cheese, and pecans. Mix well, cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
