I have yet to meet anyone who likes pimiento cheese, who didn't love this recipe! You can "kick it up" even more by adding more hot sauce if desired.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 6-8 dashes tabasco sauce (or more as desired)
- 2 ounces jar pimientos, undrained
- 3 cups finely shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup pecan chips

Step 1Combine mayo, cream cheese, garlic, parsley and Tabasco in food processor or blender; process until smooth. Spoon into a medium bowl. Add undrained pimientos, Cheddar cheese, and pecans. Mix well, cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
