wasabi and horseradish sauce/dip
This goes well with roast beef, and salmon. It also make a great dip for shrimp. You can substitute regular wasabi paste or make your own from powder. I am lucky to have an Asian market near by that stocks the pure paste. I get Tajin fruit seasoning at Walmart.

- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon pure wasabe paste
- 1/2 teaspoon dill, fresh
- 1 teaspoon chives, dried
- 1/2 teaspoon tajin fruit seasoning
- - salt to taste

Step 1drain excess liquid from prepared horseradish before measuring

Step 2Mix all ingredients together and season with salt
