Ingredients

  • 15 ounces white corn
  • 15 ounces yellow corn
  • 10 ounces tomatoes, canned italian-style and diced
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder with parsley

How To Make warm corn dip

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Step 2
    In a medium baking dish, mix white corn, yellow corn, diced tomatoes, cream cheese, chili powder, garlic powder and cilantro.
  • Step 3
    Bake in the preheated oven 30 minutes, or until hot bubbly
