Ingredients

  • 7 slice
    bacon, fried, drained, and crumbled
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4 c
    half and half
  • 4 oz
    blue cheese, crumbled
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped fresh chives

How to Make Warm Blue Cheese Dip with Garlic and Bacon

Step-by-Step

  1. Put garlic in hot bacon grease and cook for about 1 minute. Remove.
  2. Preheat oven to 350.
  3. Put cream cheese and half and half in a medium bowl and beat until blended. Stir in bacon, garlic, blue cheese, and chives.
  4. Bake, covered, for 30 minutes.
