- 3/4 cup creamy natural or regular peanut butter
- 1/3 cup water
- 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice (about 1-2 limes)
- 4 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar (omit if using regular peanut butter)
- 2 1/4 teaspoons chile-garlic paste
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- chopped peanuts, for garnish
